BloomAgainBklyn offers a social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum that teaches young children how to become “Agents of Change” in their community by using the beauty and healing power of recycled flowers. The program provides hands-on instruction on how to upcycle donated flowers as part of the goal of enhancing sustainability. It shows students how to give back to their communities by becoming more engaged fostering intergenerational understanding between people of all ages, especially among children and older adults.
