This special Card Making Workshop provides an opportunity for parents and their kids to work together to make beautiful cards with silk flowers for nursing home residents, homebound seniors, and teachers as a way to give back and say thank you! The card making will take place over a two-week period, allowing families to design and create their cards at their leisure.

Card kits will include:
-
A bouquet of mixed silk flowers with different types of blooms, shapes and colors
-
10 5x7 postcards

Card kits can be picked up at Christ Church in Cobble Hill (326 Clinton Street) on Tuesday, May 18th or Thursday, May 20th between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
A fun instructional video will be emailed on May 18th directly to all who register, and will help families to learn how to create cards and apply silk flowers.
Finished cards are due back to BloomAgainBklyn by Thursday, June 3rd. We will accept the cards at Christ Church on Tuesday, June 1st and Thursday, June 3rd between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
All cards will be delivered to the nursing home, homebound seniors, and teachers by BloomAgainBklyn.

While the registration for the card making workshop is free, we are encouraging participants to make a suggested donation of $30 per family to BloomAgainBklyn to help cover the costs of the kits and transporting them to our community partner recipients.
